Editorial overview

Who it fits

Crypto.com, in this profile, is a conversion with the company itself: the EEA page publishes 0.8% for buy, sell and exchange. It fits if you want that percentage next to custody and the SEPA withdrawal, and you will check the amount on the final screen.

The 14 July 2026 terms say wallet crypto-assets are held for the client in a custody account segregated from the company’s own accounts, pooled with other users, with an independent record of each share. On insolvency, the text says those assets are not used to pay the company’s debts. A third-party custodian authorised under MiCA may be used.

A bank-transfer deposit is listed at 0.00%. A euro withdrawal over SEPA is listed at €1. Crypto withdrawals depend on the asset and network; the page says the final amount is confirmed in the app. As an example read that day, Bitcoin was 0.0002 BTC below 0.002 BTC and 0.0004 BTC from that amount. That is not the schedule for every asset.

The app fee

The buy, sell and exchange row is 0.8%. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay in euros are listed at 3.99%. The page also shows ACH, Venmo and other rails that do not describe this EEA account. The app percentage is not a maker or taker fee.

Deposits and withdrawals

A bank-transfer deposit is 0.00%. A euro withdrawal over SEPA is €1. For crypto, the fee depends on the asset and network and is confirmed in the app. On the day of the reading, Bitcoin was 0.0002 BTC below 0.002 BTC sent and 0.0004 BTC from that amount. Other rows are not copied here.

Custody

The terms say wallet crypto-assets sit in an account segregated from the company’s own accounts, together with other users’ assets, and that the internal record identifies each client’s share. The text adds that, on insolvency, those assets are not used to pay the company’s debts. It also allows a third-party custodian if that custodian is authorised under MiCA.

What to check before opening an account

Check that your country is in the register’s service list, that the transaction is the app service and not another group product, and that the final screen matches 0.8% or the card charge if you fund that way. There is a limited financial-institution authorisation for payment services linked to e-money tokens: it does not replace this spot fee. The comparison with Revolut is on the two-app page.
