What a row contains
The file separates the legal name, the commercial name, the home state, the address, the services and the countries where the entity says it will provide the service. The commercial name can be the brand and the legal name another company in the group. The authorisation date and the update date are not the same. If there is an end date, the row stays published as a record.
The letters are not added up
MiCA separates, among others, custody, a multilateral platform, exchange for funds, exchange for other crypto-assets, execution, reception and transmission, and transfers. An empty box does not prove that another activity lacks permission. Counting boxes does not rank service quality. Bitvavo illustrates a platform: its book permission is not inferred from the boxes it does not have.
Passport and onboarding are not the same list
The countries on the row are the scope the authority has reported. The provider’s residence list can be shorter. Bitvavo’s help centre keeps an onboarding list that does not cover the whole passport, and this site uses that onboarding list. Copying all thirty EEA countries because the row looks European extends the service without a source.
A row is not availability, and absence is not a finding
Gemini Intergalactic EU Ltd was still in the file consulted on 31 October 2026, with a Maltese authorisation dated 21 August 2025. Gemini’s own help centre says EEA accounts closed on 6 April 2026 and that from 5 March they were withdrawal-only. That is why this site has no Gemini profile: the register was not enough for an open spot service.
ESMA warns that the file is updated weekly and that a national authorisation can take time to appear. Not finding a brand in one download does not prove it lacks permission. It also does not prove that it has permission. Without a row, there is no entity this profile can cite.
