Looking for a TXID
An internal transfer is not a blockchain withdrawal.
Practical guides
An internal transfer changes which BTCC account holds your balance. It neither sends crypto to an external address nor automatically converts one asset into another. Check the direction and remaining margin before confirming.
An internal transfer changes which BTCC account holds your balance. It neither sends crypto to an external address nor automatically converts one asset into another. Check the direction and remaining margin before confirming.
Open Assets and locate Transfer, the function for moving funds between the documented accounts.
BTCC’s instructions use Wallet Account and Futures Account. An external deposit adds funds to the platform; an internal transfer changes their location; a withdrawal sends funds elsewhere. Choosing Transfer does not create a blockchain address or request a tag. The BTCC review covers the broader workflow before committing funds to contracts.
If funds have not arrived yet, follow depositing crypto on BTCC and verify crediting first. For a personal wallet transfer, use crypto withdrawal instead of this form. Do not repeat an on-chain deposit to solve a balance already held at BTCC but located in the wrong internal account.
The transfer icon reverses source and destination: read the labels after using it.
The documented shortcuts are 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. They apply to the displayed transferable balance, not an instruction to move your entire portfolio. The guide lists USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA and LTC; check the actual selection in your account before planning. Another contract type appearing in a menu does not establish that its currency supports this transfer route.
A futures balance is not necessarily fully available for transfer out.
| Item | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total balance | Account funds; not automatically available for unrestricted use. |
| Transferable | Maximum the form currently allows to move. |
| Margin | Funds that can support positions and their risk. |
Hypothetical example: the account shows 500 units, but the form permits a transfer of 120. You cannot conclude that the remaining 380 are missing or that transferring 200 will work. Positions, orders or other account conditions can commit funds. Use the displayed maximum and inspect exposure details. These figures illustrate different balances, not a real account calculation or a BTCC minimum.
The maximum can change as markets and positions move. If insufficient funds appears after preparing the form, refresh and recheck orders and margin rather than arbitrarily reducing the amount. BTCC futures trading covers positions and collateral; an internal transfer is only part of that management, not an order to open or close a trade.
Moving funds out of futures can reduce the funds supporting open positions.
BTCC shows a reminder when moving Futures Account funds to Wallet Account because the transfer can increase position risk. Before accepting, inspect open contracts, size, margin and pending orders. An amount permitted by the form is not the same as a comfortable margin buffer for your trading. Do not confirm merely to dismiss the reminder before an external withdrawal.
Suppose a hypothetical balance falls from 500 to 450 after transferring 50. That movement does not itself change the quantity of an open contract, but can leave less backing. It does not establish a new liquidation price without the contract, margin, exposure and account rules. Nor does it close the position: inspect its status separately if closure was your goal.
Adding funds does not automatically open a contract or guarantee protection from liquidation either. Check how the selected product applies the balance. BTCC Stop Loss and Take Profit orders manage exits under their own conditions; they do not replace checking funds removed from the account supporting the trade.
Check the debit in one account and credit in the other, rather than only a notification.
After confirmation, use Check transfer history to locate the movement. Match currency, amount, direction and status against the submitted form. An internal transfer may leave the aggregate total unchanged while correctly moving funds, so inspect Wallet and Futures separately and any restrictions affecting spendable amounts.
This movement does not create a blockchain withdrawal TXID and requires no network confirmations. It is not a conversion either: transferring BTC does not create USDT for a contract settled in that currency. The form’s documentation establishes neither a universal fee nor a guaranteed timeframe, so inspect displayed conditions without turning the absence of network gas into a blanket zero-cost promise.
Before retrying, check whether the first movement completed and which account received it.
If trading funds are missing, check the contract’s required currency and the transfer’s receiving account. For a withdrawal shortfall, inspect whether funds remain in Futures and how much the form allows to move. Reversed direction can explain the discrepancy; reverse it only after finding the movement and reviewing margin effects. Do not compensate with another deposit before understanding it.
For a pending or rejected operation, retain its reference and inspect the available reason. Do not submit multiple identical internal instructions to force completion. To continue outside BTCC, withdrawing crypto covers network, address and authentication. If starting from scratch, BTCC registration explains account preparation before moving funds.
Review these points before taking the next step.
Small checks for a more considered decision.
An internal transfer is not a blockchain withdrawal.
Moving funds between accounts does not change the currency.
Removed funds can reduce the margin supporting open contracts.
Not for this internal route. Select source and destination accounts, currency and amount; addresses belong to external deposits or withdrawals.
Not necessarily. Use the displayed transferable maximum and inspect committed funds and margin, especially with open positions.
No. Inspect and close the position through its trading controls if that is your goal. Moving funds can change backing without changing the open contract.
A transfer can redistribute funds between Wallet and Futures without changing the aggregate. Inspect both accounts and transfer history.
