Changing networks for price
The recipient must support the network.

Follow the BTCC app’s crypto withdrawal through to checking receipt. Obtain the address from the recipient, then review network, amount and verification on BTCC before sending.
Start on the receiving page of the destination wallet or exchange.
Select the cryptocurrency and deposit network there, copy the address and check for a memo or tag requirement. For another exchange, use your own account’s details rather than a public address from an article. For a personal wallet, establish that you can use it and have selected the right network. Withdrawing to a personal wallet covers preparation generally; this tutorial follows BTCC’s particular screens.
Check BTCC’s available withdrawal balance separately from total valuation or margin committed to positions. Complete any required position closure or internal transfer first; All does not automatically release every balance. Keep access to enabled security methods. The BTCC 2FA guide covers preparation without making a test withdrawal.
The documented workflow is the app’s on-chain withdrawal.
Paste the address, scan the recipient’s QR or choose a saved entry. In every case, check the complete destination: an old entry may belong to another network or no longer be valid. Also check that copying and pasting did not change the content. A token’s contract address is not a substitute for your wallet’s receiving address.
Compatibility requires more than seeing the same ticker at both ends.
Choose Blockchain network in BTCC and match it to the recipient’s network for that asset. Help illustrates USDT over TRON(TRC20) and BTC over Bitcoin; these are workflow examples, not a permanent list of enabled networks. If the recipient only accepts a network absent from withdrawal, do not select another just because it is cheaper. USDT networks explains the distinction.
| Field | Check |
|---|---|
| Asset | The deposit accepts the coin sent. |
| Network | Sender and receiver use the same blockchain. |
| Address | Complete and obtained from the correct recipient. |
| Tag/memo | Included exactly when the recipient requires it. |
If an XRP receiving account displays a Destination Tag, copy it as well as the address. Do not invent a number or omit a tag because another wallet did not need one. A provider can share an address while using the tag to identify the customer. For a test amount, also check deposit minimums: a smaller transfer may not credit even after blockchain confirmation.
The requested amount need not equal the recipient’s credited amount.
Enter Withdrawal amount and review Available balance and Withdrawal limit. Then select Withdrawal Address Platform, identifying the receiving exchange or wallet; for Other, provide only the information requested by the official form. This field does not replace or correct an incorrect address or network. Read Fee and Receive Amount before submitting.
Fees and minimums vary by asset, network and account conditions; limits can also depend on verification and VIP tier. Do not reuse an earlier withdrawal’s price. Hypothetical example: requesting 100 units with a deducted fee of 1 leaves Receive Amount at 99. If the recipient requires at least 100, the transfer would miss its minimum. These figures illustrate calculation rather than BTCC pricing.
Authorise the request after reviewing every summary detail.
After Submit, complete Safety Verification using the methods requested by your account: these can include a fund password, email, phone or other enabled checks. Confirm while the codes are valid. Never provide codes to someone else or in support chat. If one expires, request or generate the next according to its method; repeatedly requesting everything makes the valid code harder to identify.
A recent binding or credential change can trigger BTCC’s documented 24-hour security pause. That differs from pending blockchain confirmations. Read your account notice rather than repeatedly changing passwords or methods in an attempt to accelerate payment. If Google Authenticator access is the problem, resolve authentication before creating more withdrawals.
The request passes through BTCC before it can be checked as a network transaction.
Open the withdrawal page’s history icon and locate the movement by asset, amount and time. Security review precedes blockchain broadcast; a missing TXID during review does not establish a lost transfer. Once an identifier exists, check the correct network and confirmations against the recipient’s requirements. Immediate credit is not promised.
If the network confirms but the receiving exchange does not credit, collect TXID, network, address and tag for the recipient. If BTCC has not broadcast or the request failed, first check its status and any balance return. Do not automatically repeat the transfer. Transfers between exchanges explains receiving-side checks and minimums alongside BTCC’s own history.
If you need funds from Futures, the internal movement to Wallet precedes withdrawal and requires checking open positions.
Review these points before taking the next step.
Small checks for a more considered decision.
The recipient must support the network.
Copy the identifier required by the receiving account.
Check review status and TXID before repeating.
Under Assets → Wallets → Withdraw → Crypto Withdrawal, followed by the asset and recipient details.
No. Select a network both platforms support for that transfer. The USDT ticker does not determine the blockchain.
There is no universal charge: asset, network and applicable conditions matter. Read Fee and Receive Amount on the current request.
The request may still be under pre-broadcast review. Check history before looking for a transaction not yet sent.
