Best of Binance
Global-account spot schedule, not a promotion and not a MiCA account.
- Regular user: 0.100% maker and 0.100% taker under 1,000,000 USD over 30 days.
- Paying in BNB leaves that row at 0.07500% and 0.07500%.
Areas to improve
The entry rate is not the cost of moving funds and not an authorisation.
- The USDC-pair taker on the same table is 0.095%, not 0.100%.
- The ADGM announcement does not replace an FSRA register check and does not open signup in every country.
What we make of Binance and who it suits
The useful comparison is a spot order taking liquidity on the global schedule: a 0.100% taker for a regular user, or 0.075% if the fee is paid in BNB. Someone already moving more than 1,000,000 USD in 30 days and holding 5 BNB enters VIP 1, where the maker falls to 0.090% and the taker stays at 0.100%.
This is not a review of an account we opened and not a promise that signup exists in your country. The MiCA file consulted on 2 November 2026 has no Binance row. If signup offers another company, the rate in this profile stops applying.

Which company Binance announces
From 1 May 2026 at 08:00 UTC, Binance’s announcement splits the service: Nest Exchange Limited for on-exchange activity, Nest Clearing and Custody Limited for clearing and custody, and Nest Trading Limited for what happens off the book, such as OTC, Convert or Earn.
That announcement is not the FSRA register and this profile does not mark the authorisation as verified. It also does not turn Nest Exchange Limited into an EEA CASP. The ESMA file read the same day does not include Binance.
Spot, and what stays out of the comparison
The schedule used here is spot. A maker order rests on the book; a taker matches immediately. The fee is charged in the asset you receive and only on the fill.
Derivatives, margin, Convert and Earn have other prices and, in the announcement, may sit with another company. They are not mixed with the 0.100% in this profile. USDC pairs publish a 0.095% taker on the same table.
Spot fees: the entry row and the BNB discount
Without BNB, the regular-user row is 0.100% on each side under 1,000,000 USD of 30-day volume. With the published discount for paying in BNB, both sides move to 0.07500%. The international ranking does not apply that discount: it compares the 0.100% taker.
VIP 1 does not lower the taker. It requires volume and 5 BNB, and leaves the maker at 0.090% and the taker at 0.100%. Higher rows are on the same page. A zero-fee pair promotion, when one exists, is not the rate in this profile.
Crypto deposits and withdrawals
Binance does not charge a crypto deposit. A withdrawal has a flat network fee, different by asset and chain, and it can move without a long notice. The withdrawal page shows the minimum and the figure of the moment.
The network has to match the destination’s. An ERC-20 address does not receive a transfer sent on another network. This profile does not invent a European bank-transfer cost.
Announced custody, not a reopened register
According to the announcement, from May 2026 custody sits with Nest Clearing and Custody Limited and the spot market with Nest Exchange Limited. The customer does not hold the keys in that description.
We have not checked a licence number on the FSRA register in this batch. Until that reading, authorisation stays unverified. There is no claim that assets are segregated or covered by a guarantee fund.
What to check before creating the account
Look at the company name at signup, the country the form accepts and the rate that the account fee page shows after you identify yourself. If a different European product appears, do not use the global 0.100%.
Also check the withdrawal network and whether the pair you will trade is one with a USDC taker or another promotion. The BNB discount counts only if you actually pay the fee in BNB and hold a balance.
How an order is charged
You buy ETH with USDC and the fee comes out in ETH. You sell ETH and the fee comes out in USDC. What does not fill does not pay. The order estimate is a reference.
To place Binance next to Bybit, Bitget, Gate or KuCoin Class A, use the 0.100% taker without a token. MEXC publishes a lower standard taker, with zone exceptions that profile explains.
What to compare it with
Bybit, on global crypto-to-crypto spot, also publishes a 0.1000% taker at VIP 0. Its European profile is another fee and does not enter this number. Bitget matches the 0.1% and lowers it to 0.08% if you pay with BGB.
The Bybit and Binance comparison, the Binance and OKX comparison, and the international ranking gather those terms. The Europe ranking stays on EEA fees and is not copied here.
Exchange analysis
Nest Exchange Limited
On Binance’s spot schedule, a regular user pays 0.100% maker and 0.100% taker when 30-day volume is under 1,000,000 USD or the BNB balance is from 0. Paying the fee in BNB applies the published 25% discount: 0.07500% and 0.07500%. VIP 1 requires at least 1,000,000 USD and 5 BNB, and that row moves to 0.090% maker and 0.100% taker. The USDC-pair taker on the same table is 0.095%, so the standard rate does not cover every book. The fee is calculated on the fill and charged in the asset received. The estimate on the order screen does not replace the trade history.
Binance’s announcement of the move to ADGM, effective on 1 May 2026 at 08:00 UTC, assigns custody of digital assets to Nest Clearing and Custody Limited. Nest Exchange Limited is the market for spot. This text is Binance’s announcement, not an ADGM FSRA register entry checked in this batch, and it does not describe omnibus wallets or a restitution guarantee.
Binance does not charge its own fee to deposit crypto. A withdrawal pays a flat fee to cover the network. That fee changes with the network and congestion, and each withdrawal page shows the minimum and the current amount. Choosing a network other than the destination’s can mean the transfer is lost. This profile does not copy EEA fiat costs.
Who may find it suitable?
We review Binance’s global spot schedule: a 0.100% entry rate, the discount for paying in BNB and the company structure announced in May 2026. It is not an EEA fee and not a guaranteed signup.
Our review of Binance
Binance publishes one of the easier maker/taker tables to read, with a clear discount when the fee is paid in BNB. The international comparison uses the 0.100% taker without that discount. The announced entity and custody sit in the May 2026 move to ADGM, still without a register entry reopened in this batch.
