Products and trading

Spot, futures and futures copying. Buying coins and opening a margined position have different costs and purposes.

Order-book spot and quoted simple buying. Opening an X-Perps account changes the spot fee schedule; these are separate products.

Spot: maker, taker and buying

Spot VIP 0: 0.10%/0.10% maker/taker. With BGB payment: 0.08%/0.08%. Coin, region and campaigns may change the rate.

Without X-Perps, first tier: 0.200% maker and 0.350% taker. With an X-Perps account: 0.080% and 0.100%. Simple buying includes a spread in the quote.

Discounts and tiers

BGB reduces spot/margin fees by 20% when applicable. On USDT 1,000 at 0.1%, the saving would be USDT 0.20 before other costs.

Tier depends on assets or 30-day volume. Zero-fee pair volume does not count; X-Perps accounts use another spot schedule.

Futures: fees

Ordinary futures reference: 0.02% maker and 0.06% taker, with opening and closing charged on notional. Funding and copy profit sharing are separate.

Incoming and outgoing SEPA have no OKX fee; the bank may charge. Crypto deposits have no OKX network fee.

Withdrawals

Crypto withdrawal fees depend on asset, network and congestion and are shown before confirmation. Individual instant SEPA: EUR 1 in the product table.

Outgoing SEPA without an OKX fee; the bank may charge. Crypto withdrawals use the displayed network fee.

Assets and transfer networks

Withdrawals have an asset-, network- and congestion-dependent fee shown before confirmation. Both ends must support the same network.

Crypto withdrawals charge the displayed fee for the chosen network; there is no single fee across assets and networks.

Platforms and differences in use

Manual trading and copy portfolios have different controls; after migration, check the actual copy settings before resuming.

Account pricing

Compare BGB and the two OKX spot setups.

Spot, automation and copying are three decisions

This compares international Bitget facts with the documented European OKX product. A global website’s functions are not automatically assigned to that European account. For buying coins start with spot; for automation identify the bot; for copying identify contract, account and allocation method. Sharing an interface does not make these the same service or establish that they are enabled together. Choose the task first rather than using a long feature list as evidence of suitability.

The Bitget and OKX reviews explain product modes. For an altcoin intended for withdrawal, check pair and supported exit chain before funding. Automation additionally needs a decision about reserved capital and what remains when stopped. The spot and bots rankings compare those needs without treating the presence of a tool as a return recommendation. More functions can mean more configuration rather than a better purchase for every user.

Spot pricing: BGB and OKX account setup

Bitget publishes a 0.10% maker/taker reference, or 0.08% with eligible BGB payment. OKX EEA distinguishes a regular account without X-Perps at 0.20% maker/0.35% taker from one with X-Perps opened at 0.08%/0.10%. The latter is not automatically assigned to every user, and opening derivatives merely for that schedule is not recommended. The actual account setup and tier determine which table applies; do not combine conditions from both when budgeting one order.

For a hypothetical 1,000 units of quote-currency notional, 0.10% represents 1 unit, 0.08% represents 0.80, 0.35% represents 3.50 and 0.20% represents 2. This does not assume EUR/USDT parity or identical prices across markets. Use the actual currency and rate for each order. A liquidity-taking limit should not be budgeted as maker merely because it has a limit price. Funding, discounts and exit remain outside this execution-only calculation.

Spot bots: range, budget and total result

Bitget documents self-configured bots such as Spot Grid with execution charges and no separate subscription for that type. OKX EEA documents Spot Grid and Spot DCA Martingale. A grid trades configured levels; DCA Martingale is not equivalent to a simple monthly purchase. Compare pair, capital, order count, stopping conditions and final balances. Sharing the DCA label does not establish the same strategy, funding requirements or response when the market moves outside the intended range.

OKX grid parameters include price bounds, grid count and budget, with documented arithmetic or geometric spacing. A bot can retain coins even after profitable range trades. Inspect the total result rather than grid profit alone and include every execution charge. Recurring purchases separates straightforward accumulation from strategies; total cost prevents many small fills from hiding aggregate charges. Parameter-based automation still needs monitoring and an explicit plan for remaining inventory.

Copying and futures: identify the product

Bitget publishes ordinary futures at 0.02% maker and 0.06% taker, separately from spot and copy profit-sharing terms. Its phased elite-portfolio migration from November 2026 requires reviewing funds and settings: the notice identifies TP/SL ratios and Equity Guardian as initially unavailable in the new format. A remembered safeguard from the old version should not be assumed active after migration. Compare the controls shown in the current account rather than a screenshot from a different product generation.

International OKX copying is not assigned to every EEA account simply because it appears on global pages. For following traders, compare the actual available service, allocation, unfollowing behaviour and costs without using spot fees for contracts. Bitget versus BingX and copy platforms broaden that decision. Bybit versus OKX provides additional buying and tool choices by scope, keeping product identification ahead of performance lists or a brand-wide feature assumption.

Fund, reserve capital and withdraw

OKX EEA documents incoming and outgoing SEPA without its own charge, although a bank can charge. Bitget’s individual SEPA terms belong to the stated method and product; third-party purchases use their own quote. Crypto funding requires matching asset and chain and checking which balance the bot or order uses. Reserved funds are not necessarily immediately withdrawable. For the final exit inspect coin, network, minimum and charge rather than assuming bot termination has already converted all holdings into cash.

Before exiting a strategy inspect outstanding orders, inventory and released funds. A reserved amount is not automatically a loss and does not necessarily require another deposit. Orders explains partial fills, while wallet withdrawals completes the route. A lower pair fee matters less when the required withdrawal representation is unsupported. Decide where the assets should end up before choosing a bot or buying funds that will require another conversion to leave.

Bitget and OKX questions

Does OKX have one entry spot rate? X-Perps setup changes the applicable table. Does BGB reduce every charge? The quoted discount belongs to stated eligible terms. Is a bot cost-free? Executions still carry fees even without an extra subscription. Is global copying guaranteed in EEA? Availability is not inferred across products. Is DCA identical to monthly buying? Strategy and settings can differ substantially, including how capital is added and what happens when stopping.

Choose by automation and actual account

Bitget is relevant when its international orders and portfolios match the workflow; OKX EEA offers documented spot and bot tools under its account setup. Compare equal pair, size and objective: buying, trading a range or following a strategy. Bybit versus Bitget adds another alternative. More tools do not establish a better platform when the required product has different costs or conditions. Choose a workflow whose configuration and exit can actually be understood and managed.

How to make the decision

  1. Define the trade

Buying and withdrawing coins, margined contracts and copying require different products.

  2. Calculate the whole journey

Add opening and closing execution where applicable, funding and moving money; use the rate for your trading mode.

  3. Choose the tools you need

Compare orders, capital controls, API permissions or demo practice according to how you trade.

The decision depends on how you trade.
