Buying crypto
Bybit EU’s PEPE/EUR and LBank’s PEPE/USDT offer spot buying. Large token quantities and price decimals do not replace a budget: inspect notional and token identity before withdrawing.
Pepe is a memecoin whose reference token is on Ethereum. This guide explains acquisition and custody without confusing spot with futures, promotions or a similarly named token. It starts with published pairs and ends either in exchange custody or a wallet supporting the correct contract, with ETH for later transactions.
Check PEPE spot rather than a similarly named product.
Bybit EU lists PEPE/EUR in its European spot directory. It lets you spend EUR to acquire the token through the correct product and account balance. Quick-buy screens, contracts using token multiples and Bybit International are not assumed to share its price or fee schedule.
LBank lists PEPE/USDT for the international route. Read the full asset identity before trading and distinguish other-network variants. The Bybit and LBank reviews explain account tools. LBank vs MEXC compares another altcoin platform without assigning this pair’s terms to it.

Decide the spend before considering millions of tokens.
For PEPE/EUR, credit EUR through a supported method and check the amount available for Spot. For PEPE/USDT, prepare USDT and count any EUR conversion. A small unit price does not make millions of tokens a small monetary order: budget divided by price gives approximate quantity before charges.
When transferring USDT, generate that token’s LBank deposit and use a network shared with the sender. PEPE being on Ethereum does not dictate the stablecoin’s funding network; these are separate routes. Buying stablecoins and choosing a USDT network explain funding and its separate cost.
Check price, token quantity and total separately.
A market order trades against the book and may cross several prices; a limit caps the price but may not fill. An extra zero in price or quantity changes notional. If the interface abbreviates decimals, inspect the complete summary rather than inferring the number. Market and limit orders covers execution and spot versus futures explains what each product delivers.
A small per-token price removes neither fees nor gas.
Bybit EU publishes an entry spot rate of 0.25%. On LBank, inspect current PEPE/USDT Trading Rules and the cost of obtaining USDT. A claim about token taxes is not commission-free exchange trading; execution fees, spread and withdrawal are separate. A campaign also does not establish every account’s ordinary pricing.
Hypothetical example: at EUR 0.00001 per PEPE, a EUR 50 fill buys 5,000,000 gross tokens. A 0.25% fee on that quantity is 12,500 PEPE, leaving 4,987,500 when deducted from the purchased asset. This is neither a current quote nor a forecast. A fixed withdrawal charge can weigh heavily on a small budget; use the displayed net amount rather than inventing that charge.
| Step | Separate cost |
|---|---|
| Funding | EUR or USDT and prior conversion |
| Execution | Average fill and spot fee |
| Withdrawal | Exchange charge for the selected network |
| Ethereum wallet | ETH for sending or using PEPE |
Ticker and image are not enough to identify tokens.
PEPE’s Ethereum contract identified on the official website is 0x6982508145454Ce325dDbE47a25d4ec3d2311933. Network is part of its identity. Other tokens can use Pepe, PEPE or similar imagery on another chain. A matching wallet search name does not itself establish which asset will arrive.
PEPE is a token rather than Ethereum’s native gas currency. Withdrawing to a wallet and later sending or swapping it requires ETH. A swap purchase also needs contract, permission, route and minimum-output checks, not merely connecting and accepting every request. Using a DEX explains the workflow and the Uniswap review explains a swap venue’s operation for comparing that alternative before using it.
Spot listing does not establish every withdrawal network.
For Ethereum withdrawal, open Assets, select PEPE and inspect whether that network is enabled for the account. Check recipient, recognised contract, minimum, charge and net tokens. Another listed network requires examining its representation and recipient support rather than treating it as Ethereum because the address starts with 0x. Review the enabled route’s minimum and charge in the withdrawal summary.
Complete security verification and follow the hash. If a wallet does not display PEPE, inspect network and contract in the explorer before withdrawing again. Adding token display does not create coins; it reveals an existing balance. The ETH guide explains gas-currency preparation, while transfers helps verify receipt without duplication.
Complete the workflow with the next step in mind.
Heavily decimalised prices and large received quantities can distract from an unfilled remainder. Inspect order status and reserved funds: after a partial limit fill, do not re-enter the entire budget without deciding what happens to the outstanding portion. You can leave or cancel it according to your intent, but cancelling the remainder does not reverse tokens already bought. Reconstruct the purchase from its actual fills and average price rather than treating the originally requested quantity as delivered.
For several small purchases, record their fills separately and do not assume each withdrawal charge scales proportionally with notional. Before transferring, compare net receipt with the intended use. Exchange holding and wallet management are different custody decisions: an expensive transfer does not make wallets unnecessary, but it also does not require moving every purchase immediately. Choose using the complete budget rather than assigning special significance to owning more units. Quantity, execution price and custody together explain the position.
Token count alone does not measure exposure.
Record spend, net quantity and exit expenses. Value the holding as quantity times price while considering the cost of selling that size, not just the last trade. Buying PEPE activates neither rewards nor revenue participation. Being a memecoin does not justify building an expected return into the budget.
For euros, inspect the reverse PEPE/EUR route; PEPE/USDT still needs a stablecoin-to-banking step. Selling and withdrawing euros explains it. Dogecoin offers another memecoin workflow with a native network rather than this ERC-20 contract; PEPE addresses and gas rules do not carry across.
Review these points before taking the next step.
Small checks for a more considered decision.
Verify the asset’s contract and network.
Inspect full price and notional before confirming.
Trading, gas and withdrawal remain separate components.
Bybit EU lists PEPE/EUR spot. Use an EUR balance and check that another purchase mode has not been selected.
It is 0x6982508145454Ce325dDbE47a25d4ec3d2311933. Also verify Ethereum; a matching name on another chain does not identify this asset.
Ethereum gas uses ETH rather than PEPE. Retain ETH for moving or using the token from a wallet.
No. Notional is quantity times price; inspect decimals and the order total.
