Ordering unneeded plastic

Use the application flow for your RedotPay programme and prepare the balance before paying. This guide separates account verification, card issuance and the setup needed for a first purchase.
RedotPay verification and issuance payment are separate steps. Prepare ID and funds before ordering virtual or confirming the physical card’s address.
Prepare an original ID, a phone and your address, plus a separate issuance budget.
RedotPay requires adulthood and verification. The document needs at least three months’ validity from submission. Enter details exactly as shown, including date of birth. Before funding an order, check that your identity and location are supported.
Ordinary issuance is $10 for virtual and $100 for physical. Keep that apart from your spending money. A welcome reward for purchases is different from money eligible to pay issuance. If online payments are all you need, first decide whether virtual covers your intended use.
In the RedotPay app, open your profile and enter Identity verification.
Enter country or region, first and last names and date of birth. Select the issuing country and a document type accepted on screen. Photograph the original and complete facial verification as directed. Avoid glare, cropping and bystanders that make the check harder.
After scanning, review the recognised details. Complete your current address and the occupation and funding questionnaire. If details are wrong, the correction route is Profile → Identity verification → Personal details. Corrections have frequency limits, so review everything before resubmitting. Supply additional documents only when requested in the app.
Check that verification is complete before preparing the card for use.
For a crypto transfer, open Deposit, select the asset and On-chain deposit. Confirm the supported network, minimum and address shown for your account. Use the same details in the sending exchange or wallet. Seeing USDT in both apps is insufficient if the networks differ.
Wait for the credit and check the available balance. Distinguish the sending platform’s fee and network cost from RedotPay’s purchase charges. Leaving a buffer avoids paying issuance and then finding insufficient money for the first payment. The USDT networks guide explains that check in detail.
Open Card in the app and select the virtual option.
The application shows Apply for card and the $10 charge. Edit the billing address and review the cardholder name. Addresses must be entered in English. Check that city, state or province and postal code match the selected country, and provide a valid phone number.
Confirm with Pay only after checking the details and price. Payment confirms an application that cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once available, view card details for online checkout and review your balance before authorising a purchase. A physical card is another order rather than an automatic replacement for the virtual one.
In Card, select Physical card and open its order flow.
The application shows $100 issuance. Use the edit icon to complete your details and shipping address, then confirm with Use this address before Pay. The billing cardholder name is printed on the card and cannot be changed after issuance.
The fee schedule waives standard delivery; Express is calculated according to destination. Check the complete order price before paying. A place where a card can be used is different from one where RedotPay accepts applications or delivery. Use the options actually offered to your account.
Wait until you have the physical card before activating it.
Open the envelope carefully and keep the paper insert holding the card. Its activation code appears beside the last four card digits. Check that those digits and the plastic match the card shown in your app.
In Card, select the physical card, choose Activate now and enter the code. Keep the code and full card details private. Review its status before using a shop or ATM. This physical activation is different from accessing a virtual card’s details, which does not involve a mailed code.
After paying, review the transaction’s currency, conversion and final charge.
The 1% crypto conversion fee and the 1.2% non-default-currency fee are separate costs. Avoid retrying declined payments without fixing the cause: the schedule allows charges after a monthly free-decline allowance. Also check an ATM’s displayed net amount and fees before withdrawing.
If you join a campaign, review its terms and the actual credit rather than treating an expected reward as available money. The RedotPay review collects ordinary costs. For a different application route, compare ether.fi Cash or Wirex Card.
Review these points before taking the next step.
Small checks for a more considered decision.

Use the network supported by the deposit address.
Check the cause before retrying to avoid additional costs.
The help centre distinguishes spending credit from issuance fees. Prepare eligible funds for the order.
On the physical card’s paper insert beside its last four digits. Check that they match the app.
The billing name is printed on the card and the help centre says it cannot change after issuance.
