How we build this selection

We assess buying APT and using it in an Aptos account: funding, execution and delivery must fit the same route.

The first card retains Bybit’s commercial priority; it does not establish technical superiority or a lower fee.

Methodology →Transparency →
  • Funding currency

Direct EUR versus existing USDC or USDT.

  • Order cost

Fee and execution for a purchase of equal notional value.

  • Aptos network

Withdrawal compatibility with the wallet and receiving account.

  • Balance for use

APT delivered and a gas allowance, without attributing staking to the exchange.

Choose where to buy APT to hold or use

For holding a position, the spot book and a funded account may be enough to make a choice. For an Aptos wallet, include delivery to that wallet in the initial budget. Buying APT does not automatically create a receiving account or establish that a platform can send it over any network shown by another application.

An APT balance on an exchange is also different from a futures position referencing APT. This selection is about acquiring the asset to hold or withdraw. Margin, liquidation and funding are not measures of the price of this spot purchase.

Bybit EU for buying APT with USDC

APT/USDC is the verified European-product market. It supports choosing a limit price or seeking immediate book execution. The initial 0.25% spot fee represents 1.25 USDC on a 500 USDC fill, before withdrawal charges. This example sets no APT price and guarantees no received quantity: that depends on the filled offers and fee treatment.

If starting with euros, compare how much USDC actually reaches the trading balance. A simple purchase with a quoted price can have a different cost structure; the book fee should not be applied to it automatically. The Bybit review explains the product and tool distinctions.

Bitvavo: a EUR budget and Aptos delivery

APT/EUR measures the outlay directly in euros. Category A entry pricing distinguishes 0.15% maker and 0.25% taker. On a hypothetical €800 fill, that is €1.20 or €2 respectively. Maker savings require adding liquidity; an immediately filled limit may pay taker. These fees alone do not measure price differences between books.

The APT network is identified in asset information, with deposits and withdrawals operational at the check. For a small wallet-bound purchase, calculate net APT after withdrawal and compare it with the minimum. Status and charges can change before you request delivery.

LBank: use USDT while keeping costs separate

APT/USDT is an alternative for an already funded LBank balance. The published 0.10–0.20% spot taker range is a reference; the exact rate belongs to the pair’s rules. Bringing USDT in also depends on the sender’s charges. Withdrawing APT adds a second transfer: avoiding a conversion does not make the whole route free.

The wallet must receive APT on Aptos

Aptos uses 32-byte hexadecimal account addresses, commonly with a 0x prefix. That prefix does not make the transfer an Ethereum transaction. Obtain the address from the wallet on Aptos and match the exchange route. Tools such as Petra or Pontem work with Aptos; another Move-based chain’s wallet does not become compatible simply by sharing the language.

Allowing APT for gas enables subsequent use of the received balance. This is separate from an exchange fee or staking return. The Aptos buying guide covers acquiring and receiving the asset; this comparison focuses on the platform that fits your funding and destination.

Our choice by starting point

With euros and an eventual Aptos transfer, Bitvavo provides a straightforward route to budget. With USDC on Bybit EU, assess execution there before moving capital; with USDT on LBank, consider its direct purchase. A nominal difference that disappears in funding and withdrawal does not justify another account. The useful comparison is APT delivered per budget, with the receiving account ready.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a direct euro APT purchase?

Yes: Bitvavo’s APT/EUR is among the verified markets. The selected Bybit EU and LBank markets use USDC and USDT respectively.

Can a 0x address receive APT?

Only if it is the correct receiving account on Aptos and the withdrawal uses that network. The prefix alone does not establish compatibility.

Does buying APT include my wallet’s gas?

It does not include a separate gas service. After receiving APT on Aptos, some balance may be needed to pay for account operations.
