International Bybit combines spot buying with trading tools; LBank is worth checking for a specific market; Gate offers another global catalogue to compare. Choosing takes more than locating a ticker: inspect the pair, executable size and how the coins will leave the exchange.
Compare by goalUpdated
Find your exchange
Compare products, costs and ways to move your funds.
Identify coin, pair and product; a name alone does not establish the same contract or network.
Executable cost
Separate fees, average fill and conversion of funding currency.
Useful tools
Assess orders and rules against the planned trade size.
Coin withdrawal
Check withdrawal, network and wallet as one compatible route.
What each selection adds
Start with international Bybit when buying and managing orders in one platform matters. LBank focuses the decision on locating the required market and its rules; Gate supplies another venue for the same asset. The Bybit, LBank and Gate reviews explain their products and tools. We do not award catalogue superiority using a continually changing token count.
This is an international selection. A global listing does not automatically exist on a brand’s European product. For euro funding, compare USDT or USDC funding against a direct EUR purchase. Two conversions can outweigh a small spot-fee difference.
Compare before choosing
A ticker alone does not identify the purchase
Find the full name and pair, then confirm the spot product. A futures screen can provide price exposure without withdrawable coins. Where tickers overlap, match the project and, where relevant, token contract to the destination chain. A familiar logo alone is not a reason to transfer an asset.
On LBank, inspect the pair’s Trading Rules: precision, minimum and price step affect purchasable quantity. Check the other venue before comparing amounts. An order below minimum can leave residual balance; that is neither a hidden fee nor evidence of platform failure.
Compare an altcoin by total expenditure
Hypothetically, buying USDT 1,000 at 0.10% costs 1 in execution fees; at 0.20%, it costs 2. Yet an average price 0.30% worse represents roughly 3 on that notional. Compare coins received for the same expenditure rather than the schedule percentage alone. A listing establishes neither depth nor liquidity.
Add funding, conversion, purchase and withdrawal. Gate separates GT terms from ordinary pricing; LBank uses market-specific ranges; Bybit distinguishes pair categories. LBank vs Gate and total cost explain those differences without treating a schedule minimum as a universal promise.
Buying, splitting and preparing to sell
Market orders prioritise execution; limits cap the purchase price and may remain open. A limit crossing the book can pay taker. When size exceeds nearby offers, inspect expected average price and outstanding quantity before splitting. Dividing a purchase does not guarantee a better result.
Plan the sale too: quote currency, minimum and final exit. Owning an altcoin does not ensure that a small remainder can be converted back to euros. Market and limit orders explains instructions; spot trading compares execution controls rather than asset selection.
Withdrawal is part of choosing the exchange
Before buying for self-custody, inspect enabled network, withdrawal minimum and charge. Native coins and representations on another chain do not work interchangeably with every wallet. An open deposit route does not prove that withdrawals are currently enabled. A required memo or tag is part of the operational destination.
Where practical, a test transfer must respect minimums and charges; a tiny amount may not be credited. Keep the transaction hash and inspect receipt on the correct chain. Exchange transfers and withdrawing to a personal wallet cover different destination workflows.
Choose for the next operation
Choose Bybit for international spot alongside tools; investigate LBank when it has the required market; compare Gate on equal pair and size. The choice should survive a complete purchase-and-withdrawal budget. For BTC, ETH or SOL alone, asset-specific rankings provide a tighter selection than seeking the longest catalogue.
The distinction between buying a token and using a different product is particularly relevant in the ONDO exchange selection.
For large token quantities with a small notional value, the SHIB exchange selection compares costs and delivery of the correct token.
Frequently asked questions
Which exchange has the most altcoins?
We do not use a listing count as the deciding criterion. Confirm that the required asset and pair support the intended size and withdrawal.
Does a zero fee mean a free purchase?
No. Execution price, conversions and fund movements still contribute to cost. A market promotion does not extend to every pair.
Are global and European catalogues identical?
Not necessarily. This table identifies international products without assigning their listings or tools to European accounts.
