Best of XT.COM

Strengths

  • XT payment reduces eligible spot commission by 25%.
  • Spot and futures are distinct available formats.

Areas to improve

Relevant limitations

  • 0.1500% requires the XT-payment condition.
  • Holding the token is an additional decision.

Two ways to pay spot commission

XT.COM may interest book users deciding whether to pay fees with XT. First decide what asset is needed and where it will go. Then choose ordinary pricing or the XT-payment condition. Both belong in an honest comparison. Existing token holders may assess the discount differently from someone acquiring XT solely for a small order. Reduced pricing is not automatic for every account.

Spot and futures with a daily tier schedule

The notice effective 5 March 2026 at 02:00 UTC publishes spot/futures VIP 0. Levels update daily at 03:00 UTC, separately from the schedule’s effective date. Spot’s ordinary and XT-paid columns both carry the maker/taker label; they are not different roles. Futures do distinguish maker and taker. The fee guide explains these formats without merging them or transferring a token condition elsewhere.

0.2000% and 0.1500% describe different conditions

A hypothetical 2,000 USDT spot execution costs four USDT at 0.2000%, or three equivalent at conditional 0.1500%. The one-unit difference is 25% of the ordinary fee, not the 2,000 notional. It excludes acquiring XT, its price movement, asset quote and exit. Frequent users should track actual rates; a small one-off saving may not justify an unwanted token balance.

Fees by product
Product or movementPublished terms
Ordinary spot VIP 00.2000% maker/taker
XT-paid spot VIP 00.1500%; 25% discount
Futures VIP 00.0200% maker / 0.0600% taker

The payment token belongs in the decision

The discount requires paying fees with XT, not merely having bought the token previously. The fee balance is itself an asset whose value can move. Keep execution charges and the decision to acquire or hold XT separate when comparing with a venue without a discount token. The total-cost guide organises these components. A lower percentage is not guaranteed overall savings.

Futures VIP 0: providing or taking liquidity

Futures VIP 0 lists 0.0200% maker and 0.0600% taker. A hypothetical 6,000 USDT execution costs 1.20 or 3.60 USDT. Equal-notional taker entry and exit total 7.20 in that component, not collateral or maximum loss. The orders guide explains crossing limit orders. The spot XT discount is not automatically copied to futures.

Volume and tier do not equal account balance

Daily tier updates do not mean every deposit immediately changes pricing. Use the account’s assigned level without inferring unlisted thresholds. Repeated trades accumulate notional while reusing a balance: ten 500 USDT executions create 5,000 of activity, not automatically 5,000 of capital. Assess planned activity rather than generate extra orders to chase a tier. Trading is the purpose; pricing is a condition of use.

Buying, holding and transferring are separate stages

VIP columns do not establish card or network-withdrawal pricing here. Wallet-bound buying needs an available asset and destination network, covered by the transfer guide. Retaining XT for fees is a separate holding decision from the main purchased asset. Futures collateral and exposure also differ. Unsupported banking or custody terms are not filled to complete the workflow.

Two columns across a purchase and sale

Two hypothetical 1,500-unit spot executions total six units at ordinary 0.2%, or 4.50 equivalent at conditional 0.15%. The 1.50 saving concerns only that component. Different purchase and sale notionals need separate calculation. XT conditions or account tier may differ between stages. Daily 03:00 UTC updating provides rate context without establishing unlisted thresholds. The columns support a choice between ordinary payment and token conditions, not automatic trading returns or another instrument.

XT versus other token discounts

Bybit, Binance and KuCoin provide published international references. XT’s 25% reduces its own fee under its condition, not automatically the same value as another venue’s discount. Preserve asset, notional and product. XT.COM may fit when its book and token programme suit the workflow rather than because its lowest column establishes a universal recommendation.

Who may find it suitable?

XT.COM publishes two spot VIP 0 columns: ordinary pricing and a reduced rate when paying with XT. Futures have their own maker/taker rates, with daily level updates in the schedule effective March 2026.

Our review of XT.COM

XT.COM is best understood through both spot columns rather than only the reduced headline. XT users may value the discount; one-off buyers can start with ordinary pricing and asset exit. Futures require a separate execution calculation.
