Choosing by fee alone
Check receiver compatibility first.
Practical guides
Prepare the destination before opening withdrawal. Follow an on-chain transfer from LBank through platform review, network broadcast and final crediting. No fixed fee or guaranteed arrival time is assumed: both depend on the actual transfer.

A personal wallet and another exchange account require different receiving checks.
On another platform, open Deposit, select USDT and an active network, then copy the address generated for the account. Read minimums and any displayed memo or tag requirement. In a personal wallet, identify the network supporting the intended USDT; owning an address does not establish compatibility with every token representation.
USDT networks distinguishes TRC20, ERC20 and BNB Chain. It is not a permanent list of enabled LBank or receiver routes: use a network currently offered at both ends. Send to the receiving address rather than the token contract address.
Total, tradable and withdrawable balances can differ.
Open Asset → Withdraw on web or app and select USDT. If available withdrawal funds are insufficient, locate the balance before selling another asset or repeating the request. A recently credited deposit can require final confirmations, while funds assigned to another product can require transfer back.
The documented Available Balance access supports transferring funds where appropriate. Verify the resulting balance rather than merely the internal transfer request. LBank spot trading explains acquiring USDT, while deposits distinguishes crediting from withdrawal availability.
Choose the network for compatibility rather than fee alone.
LBank documents email or SMS and authenticator checks depending on configuration. Use the account’s own flow rather than sharing codes with supposed support. Completing security submits the request; review and broadcast still follow. It does not establish receipt in the wallet.
A small test must meet both withdrawal minimum and the receiver’s minimum after charges. Sending less than the receiver credits does not validate the route. Successful receipt checks address and network for that transaction; inspect current conditions again before the main transfer.
LBank’s summary deducts the fee from the requested withdrawal amount.
The documented formula is received amount = withdrawal amount minus fee. In a hypothetical example rather than a LBank fee quote, requesting USDT 100 with a displayed charge of 1 leaves 99 before receiver-specific conditions. Receiving 100 under that same charge would require requesting 101, subject to balance and limits.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Balance | Funds available to withdraw |
| Request | Amount entered |
| Net | Request minus displayed charge |
Compare fees only among receiver-compatible networks. A cheaper incompatible route saves nothing. When LBank sends, its withdrawal flow does not require a personal wallet to fund the exchange’s gas; moving the received token later from self-custody can require that network’s native coin.
Each phase answers a different question.
In the app use Assets → Withdraw → History with Type and Status filters. On the web use Assets → Withdraw → View History. Open the actual record: the overview does not replace its individual withdrawal details.
Inspect the withdrawal record. Before blockchain broadcast, platform review or suspension is addressed at the origin rather than by another transfer. Once a TXID exists, use the chosen network’s explorer to compare address, token, amount and confirmations. An internal withdrawal reference is not necessarily an on-chain hash.
A confirmed transaction can still await crediting at the receiving exchange. A personal wallet may need token display enabled or the correct contract imported on the selected network; sending coins to the contract does not fix display. MetaMask and exchange transfers explain those checks.
Collect the actual record before contacting support.
Without a TXID, inspect LBank’s status and accompanying message. With a failed on-chain transaction, retain the explorer result; with confirmation but no receiver credit, inspect minimum, memo and required confirmations. Different stages require different support. Timing depends on that stage, and a wrong address can prevent recovery.
Keep the order reference, hash, token, network, amount and time. Use the relevant platform’s own support without sharing recovery phrases or codes. Before moving funds, LBank vs MEXC and stablecoin platforms connect purchase, trading and withdrawal decisions.

Review these points before taking the next step.
Small checks for a more considered decision.
Check receiver compatibility first.
Security confirmation does not establish arrival.
Diagnose the first transfer before repeating it.
The selected token/network screen displays it. It can change: inspect expected net receipt rather than another tutorial’s figure.
No. Similar address formats occur on different networks. The receiver must accept USDT on the exact selected chain.
It identifies an on-chain record to inspect; confirmations or receiver crediting can still be pending.
No. Display settings show an existing balance on that wallet and chain; they do not repair a wrong address or network.
