LBank vs KuCoin

For LBank versus KuCoin, start with the altcoin, pair and required exit. Pricing depends on the market: LBank uses pair terms and global KuCoin distinguishes classes. Bots and copying solve different tasks rather than replacing that comparison.

Spot: maker, taker and buying

Spot: 0%–0.20% maker and 0.10%–0.20% taker depending on pair and terms. There is no single entry rate across all markets.

VIP 0: class A 0.10%/0.10% maker/taker; B 0.20%/0.20%; C 0.30%/0.30%. Identify the pair’s class.

Discounts and tiers

Advertised VIP minima (spot taker from 0.03% and futures from 0.02%) require their conditions; they are not every account’s starting rate.

No comparable data
Futures: fees

Manual futures: 0%–0.02% maker and 0%–0.10% taker depending on contract and terms. FCT copying uses its own fee.

No comparable data
Contracts, margin and funding

Execution fees are calculated on notional, not margin. Futures add funding where applicable; the manual account must not be confused with FCT.

Copy trading

Separate FCT funded from spot; Smart or per-order copying with fixed amount/multiplier and limits. Copy VIP 0: 0.02% maker and 0.06% taker without inheriting a higher VIP tier; leader profit share is separate.

Bots: grid, DCA and automationNo comparable data

DCA sets amount and frequency with an optional total cap; new purchases go to Funding Account. Spot Grid uses a range, orders and capital, with realised and unrealised results.

API and connections

Trading API: optional IP binding, 30-day expiry without binding and up to four IPs. The withdrawal API requires an IP. External trading connections need not receive withdrawal permissions.

Card and payments

Card funded from spot without a separate card account. Virtual: no issuance fee; physical: USDT 69 application fee. The physical-card announcement lists 0.8% spending fees; issuance, limits and fees depend on country and product.

Deposits and fiat methods

Crypto deposits without a LBank fee. Fiat funding costs depend on the bank, card or payment provider.

Reference fiat table: individual SEPA EUR 1 incoming and EUR 1 outgoing. The transaction’s live system figure takes precedence.

Withdrawals

On-chain withdrawals have a token-, network- and congestion-dependent fee. The screen shows the estimated net amount before confirmation.

Crypto withdrawal minimum and fee are shown per asset and network. The reference fiat table lists individual outgoing SEPA at EUR 1.

Assets and transfer networks

Withdrawals show token, network, fee and estimated net amount before confirmation. The fee changes with network and congestion.

The withdrawal screen specifies minimum and fee by asset and network. An incompatible network can lose the transfer.

Platforms and differences in use

Spot, manual futures and FCT separate trading and balances. The API supports external connections; the card uses the spot balance.

Manual spot, DCA and Spot Grid solve different tasks: execute now, accumulate over time or trade a range.

Custody

LBK Exchange custodial balance; per-client segregation is not described.

The global contract does not name one company. KuCoin EU is a different entity.

Altcoins: inspect the market you will actually use

A broad catalogue does not establish good execution for every asset at your intended size. On either platform verify ticker, project, pair and quote currency before funding. Also establish withdrawal support on the required network. Token counts and unsupported depth claims are not used here. A useful choice combines access to the pair, executable price and exit, rather than the number of search results. Similar names can represent different projects, so confirm the actual asset before sending funds.

This compares LBank with global KuCoin rather than transferring those terms to KuCoin EU. The LBank and KuCoin reviews explain their accounts and modes. EUR funding for a USDT pair requires accounting for the conversion; existing USDT requires checking the deposit chain. The altcoin ranking adds alternatives without treating a listing as an investment recommendation. Starting from the same quote currency makes the eventual execution comparison more meaningful.

LBank ranges and KuCoin Classes A, B and C

LBank documents market-dependent spot ranges of 0–0.20% maker and 0.10–0.20% taker. Global KuCoin VIP 0 distinguishes Class A at 0.10%, B at 0.20% and C at 0.30% maker/taker. Class A does not price every KuCoin altcoin, and LBank’s minimum maker rate is not universal. Inspect the selected market’s class and trading rules. Discounts, VIP qualification and special conditions should be evaluated separately rather than silently included in a base-rate comparison.

For a hypothetical USDT 500 taker fill, the stated LBank range means USDT 0.50–1; KuCoin Classes A, B and C mean 0.50, 1 and 1.50. No class is assigned to a particular coin, and equal execution prices are not assumed. Selling later adds another trade. A lower rate may matter less than average fill price, conversion or withdrawal. Compare net coins and the final exit rather than choosing from the smallest percentage on a general fee page.

Manual orders, grid and scheduled purchases

For spot, market prioritises execution and limit sets an accepted price, potentially waiting or filling partially. A crossing limit can take liquidity. KuCoin documents Spot Grid and DCA as separate tools: a grid operates within configured price settings, while DCA schedules amounts and frequency. Realised grid profit is not total return when inventory changes in value. Include held coins, remaining quote balance and execution charges when assessing the account rather than treating one displayed profit figure as the whole result.

LBank offers API connections and an FCT futures-copy workflow with separate funds and terms. That is not equivalent to a KuCoin spot DCA bot. For automated purchases without margin, inspect the actual product and funding requirements. For following another person’s contracts, see LBank copy trading. The bots and recurring purchases rankings distinguish automated order strategies from straightforward scheduled acquisition. Decide which task should be automated before comparing the number of available tools.

Deposit USDT and prepare spot funds

LBank documents crypto deposits without its own charge, while the sender can charge for the transfer. Generate receiving details for the supported asset and network and inspect any amount or confirmation requirements for that route. Sharing a ticker does not justify using another chain. Depositing USDT on LBank explains selection and crediting; LBank spot buying and selling continues from received funds to the order. Avoid resending while a valid transaction is still awaiting the required processing.

KuCoin separates funding and trading through its account structure. Check which balance a pair or bot needs before use. Fiat terms depend on method and account rather than applying universally to every global product. Budget obtaining USDT or the quote currency, sending it and making an internal transfer where needed. Buying stablecoins and transferring between exchanges complete that preparation. An unavailable trading balance may require moving funds internally rather than making another purchase or blockchain deposit.

Withdraw altcoins and compare net receipt

A withdrawal requires a chain supported at both ends, with the current minimum and charge. LBank describes net receipt after its withdrawal fee; KuCoin publishes coin- and network-specific conditions for the selected exit. Neither receives a universal fixed figure here. For wallet custody, check the asset representation and retain gas for later transfers. Withdrawing USDT from LBank applies those checks to a concrete currency and route, including the difference between an exchange withdrawal record and on-chain receipt.

For a small self-custody purchase, first calculate coins after the fill, then subtract the withdrawal charge in its quoted currency. If the minimum prevents withdrawing the intended amount, change the budget or route before buying. LBank versus MEXC and KuCoin versus Gate add altcoin choices while retaining market-specific pricing. They do not establish better liquidity for every token. A practical comparison ends with the asset where you need it, not merely a completed purchase inside an exchange.

Altcoin and bot questions

Does KuCoin charge 0.10% on every pair? No; its global schedule distinguishes classes and conditions. Is LBank always cheaper? It depends on market, execution and exit. Are DCA and FCT the same? One schedules purchases while the other copies futures under separate rules. Can every listed coin use any chain? Only supported options matching the recipient. Does realised grid profit include all inventory losses? It should not be assumed to represent the complete account result.

Choose by pair, tool and destination

LBank fits when the required market, pricing and exit suit the budget; KuCoin merits consideration for its market classes and documented spot tools. Compare equal altcoin, quote currency, size and destination. Spot trading and order types support execution after choosing. Catalogue diversity and automation do not establish returns or justify buying an unfamiliar asset. The strongest practical choice is the supported route that accomplishes the purchase, monitoring and eventual withdrawal you actually intend.

For specific tokens, buying UNI distinguishes token and protocol, while buying SHIB checks units and contract.

How to make the decision

  1. Define the trade

Buying and withdrawing coins, margined contracts and copying require different products.

  2. Calculate the whole journey

Add opening and closing execution where applicable, funding and moving money; use the rate for your trading mode.

  3. Choose the tools you need

Compare orders, capital controls, API permissions or demo practice according to how you trade.

The decision depends on how you trade.
