Best exchanges to buy Arbitrum (ARB)

Buying ARB involves two decisions: where to execute the order and how to deliver the token to the network where you intend to use it. Bybit EU, Bitvavo and LBank provide USDC, EUR and USDT routes; ARB does not replace the ETH needed for gas on Arbitrum One.

Best exchanges to buy Arbitrum (ARB)

How we build this selection

Selection combines a verified spot market with the route to Arbitrum: funding, execution cost and destination compatibility.

Bybit appears first through existing commercial priority. Bitvavo and LBank compare EUR and USDT funding without a universal price advantage.

Methodology →Transparency →
  • Token market

Compare spot ARB separately from ETH and futures.

  • Available funds

Measure the cost of preparing EUR, USDC or USDT.

  • Receiving network

Do not interchange Arbitrum One, Ethereum and other representations.

  • Subsequent gas

Separate the ARB purchase from ETH used on Arbitrum One.

First: do you want ARB or ETH on Arbitrum?

ARB is the token compared by these spot books. If the task is paying for an Arbitrum One transaction, buying ARB alone does not solve it: gas is paid in ETH. This changes the useful platform choice. For an ARB position, compare token acquisition; for application use, also budget ETH on the same destination network.

Buying ARB and sending ETH involve two assets and usually two movements. Do not justify an expensive ARB withdrawal by assuming it includes wallet fuel. Using MetaMask with an exchange explains how network, address and gas fit together before receiving funds.

Bybit EU: ARB/USDC and price control

ARB/USDC acquires the token on European spot. It fits an existing USDC balance and a preference for choosing price and quantity on the book. A limit may remain pending; an immediate buy may fill across several offers. The initial EU fee of 0.25% does not measure that price movement or automatically price a separate simple-buy quote.

For a 400 USDC fill, the example fee is 1 USDC. The final budget also includes obtaining those USDC and delivering ARB if you withdraw it. International-product rates are not used here, and its markets or networks are not assumed to match.

Bitvavo: buying with EUR and preparing withdrawal

ARB/EUR is active in category A. Starting from euros avoids a preliminary USDT or USDC purchase. Entry maker and taker rates of 0.15% and 0.25% distinguish adding from taking liquidity. On a €600 notional fill, those are €0.90 and €1.50: a €0.60 difference that may be smaller than other route costs.

Asset information identifies the ARB network and showed transfers operational at the check. Review the exact destination and current charge before sending. For a wallet-bound purchase this is more useful than comparing book percentages alone. It does not imply free withdrawals or a guaranteed delivery time.

LBank for buying ARB from a USDT balance

ARB/USDT uses deposited USDT. LBank publishes a 0.10–0.20% spot taker range; the pair’s specific rule determines your trade’s rate. Starting without funds also involves obtaining and sending USDT. If they are already on LBank, transferring elsewhere can erase a small execution saving.

Arbitrum One and the representation you will receive

For ARB on Arbitrum One, the reference contract is 0x912C…6548 (shortened address). It does not make an Ethereum transfer equivalent to an Arbitrum One transfer. The withdrawal network must match wallet receipt; a 0x address can exist on multiple chains while holding separate balances.

Being able to bridge tokens does not make bridging free or necessary for every purchase. If the exchange supports the required network directly, compare that transfer against the complete alternative route. The ARB buying guide covers checks after selecting a provider.

What to compare before choosing

With USDC on Bybit EU, start with actual execution and delivery; with EUR, Bitvavo makes budgeting direct; with USDT on LBank, assess the funded market. For Arbitrum One use, add ETH and avoid choosing on ARB price while leaving gas unprepared. None is automatically best for every amount and destination.

Frequently asked questions

Does ARB pay Arbitrum One gas?

No: Arbitrum One gas is paid in ETH. ARB and ETH have different roles and separate balances.

Can I buy ARB without USDT?

Yes. Bitvavo offers ARB/EUR and the verified Bybit EU market is ARB/USDC. Compare the funding cost for each.

Does ARB/USDC guarantee Arbitrum One withdrawal?

No. The pair identifies what is exchanged, not every withdrawal network. Confirm the offered withdrawal network and recipient requirements.
